When Can you Expect a Reply???
This is one of those things .... that DRIVES ME crazy!!!
When someone says ....
"I will get back to you ASAP"
"I will call you back ASAP!"
"You can expect an email reply ASAP"
What kind of answer is that? NO ANSWER AT ALL!
So, I prefer making commitments .... so you can depend on me. 24 HOUR REPLY without Fail! That makes me feel better .... aaahhhhhhh .... This way you know what to expect and when to expect it!  Does this Sound Familar? "I am so stressed out, Why isn't that agent calling to let us know what is going on? Do we have to go through the whole weekend not knowing what is going on?
